***PAYTON***
Payton decided today was the day that she would start swimming on her own. I have known for some time now that she was strong enough to do it, but she was scared and I did not want to push her. We have had some incredibly HOT weather this past week, 90+ degrees and HIGH humidity. Lethal combo. The only way I would let the kids outside was if they were in the pool, so Payton got the confidence up and took off her swim belt. She swam and swam and swam and swam. She did not want to get out. She was so proud of herself. She was just beaming. Now all we have to do it find a mask to fit her little face. She hate goggles, so that is out. She WANTS a mask like her sister, but just not that big. Anybody have any suggestions for masks?

YEA!!!!!!! Way to go Payton! Ana Claire is almost there. I think she could too if she got the courage up like Payton did. All in her time!

Way to go Payton...what a big girl. Our little Emma is learning how to swim and wants to be on her own in the water but she makes me nervous so we keep "wings" on her for now. Keep up the great work Payton.
