Why is it when kids cut their own hair they cut it right to the scalp? This is how it went down: Michael comes up to me and says "Tammy, I really think there might be something wrong with Payton" my response "Why?" his response "I keep finding these clumps of her hair all over the place." my response "Your kidding right? if you are finding clumps of hair, SHE CUT IT you dumb@ss!" I immediately go to find Payton and sure enough.....bangs. Right down to the scalp. pretty..really pretty. The scissors are now put away in a secure location.
