Sunday Snapshot {A crime scene}

 Let me set the scene for this crime.......
IVY
Payton's treasured American Girl Doll
Her best friend, sleeping buddy and all together Payton's favorite toy she EVER received!
(Picture provided by American Girl site)

 This was Christmas day 2007 and below is Ivy now....the victim of a horrible accident

Her right hand chewed off!  Leaving just the thumb, Payton was devastated
This is her now, after a cast and some major tears we think she is going to make it!
This was her "attacker" BeBe-she looks innocent enough but don't let her fool ya, she is in fact GUILTY of said crime! She thought she was going to get away with it, but we discovered the evidence cleverly hidden in some, ahem...poop!~

So Ivy will be taking a trip to the hospital where she will receive the best care possible for her injuries.

Oh Tammy, although my heart breaks for Payton and Ivy, your post gave me the best laugh today! I hope you have some good health insurance for Ivy! I am sure she will be on the mend soon and you may have to give the attacker some time in the 'pen'!

Oh, I feel your Payton's pain!! I would have been devastated too!! Ivy will be making an appearance at our house this Christmas and we have an "innocent" dog too - hope they NEVER meet :)

OH! Poor little Payton! (Great name by the way!) I can't imagine how horrified our LadyBug would be if her beloved Kit was damaged at all. So glad you have a hospital to see to the rehabbing of poor Ivy's hand. :)

Oh dear. Our "innocent" Maya has caused the early demise of several dolls around our house. At least now all I have to do is remind the kids that toys left on the floor face a worse fate than me putting them on top of the fridge for a week.
Pretty amazing that Ivy can spend time at the hospital...

When I was a kid I took my doll everywhere, by the arm of course. My grandmother kept sewing the arm back on but my doll was beginning to look very battered and stitched. That Christmas, Santa repaired my doll! She was just like new! What an awesome Miracle!
I was a little devastated when I found my doll's older twin over a decade later. ;)
I think it's so awesome that American Doll has a hospital!
